1. Why cannot I use G-sensor functionality?

That may be caused from the unapplicable G-sensor of some applications or the disable of Orientation Settings.

(1) Browser, Gallery, Alarm Clock, Calendar, Calculator, Email, and Settings applications of WebStation have applicable G-sensor functionality.

(2) Please go to Settings→Sound & display→Orientation and make sure you have turned on the Orientation for activating for the G-sensor functionality.

2. What kind of languages does WebStation support?

WebStation support 7 languages:
1)German 2)English 3)Spanish 4)French 5)Japanese 6)Simplied Chinese and 7) Traditional Chinese

3. How can I clear the data of some applications?

WebStation supports user to clear data by going to to Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications -> ”apk name ” -> Clear data/Clear cache/Clear defaults

4. How can I install the apk via Gmail attachemt?

WebStation supports G-mail to download the attachments. Please make sure the SD-Card placed in the slot on the back of WebStation first. And then please refer to the following steps.

Step1 Please tap on the xxx.apk.
Step2 The apk will be downloaded to the WebStation.
Step3 Now, you can install the apk on your WebStation.

5. How to Extend Battery Power on the WebStation?

There are 3 tips to extend battery power:

(1) Reduce the brightness of your display. (Press power button to turn off the screen when it's not in use.)
(2) Turn off the GPS when it's not in use.
(3) Turn off the wireless feature when it's not in use.

6. How can I set up the static IP?

Please refer to the following steps.
(1) go to Settings -> Wireless controls ->Wi-Fi settings, press "Menu Key" and select Advanced to setting IP
(2) press "Menu Key" and press "Save"
(3) Please restart your WebStation
(4) Connected to Wi-Fi, and you can access internet now. You can go to Settings -> Wireless controls ->Wi-Fi settings -> Wi-Fi networks and check if the IP is correct.

7. Can WebStation disable the status bar when running application? Just like the interface when playing Digital Frame?

It depends on the application, WebStation will not set up this function for each application.

8. The touchscreen is unresponsive, and I can't reset it to factory settings. How do I calibrate my touch screen?

Please connect an USB keyboard to the WebStation, then click menu key (or F1 button on keyboard). It'll pop up a window, using the arrow buttons and the Enter button on the keyboard to access Settings -> SD card&device storage at setting. Choose factory data reset. It will restore your WebStation back to factory settings.

Please keep in mind that by doing this step, it will clear all apk files which you installed before. After restoring the WebStation, it will start the touch calibration process.
